Our Licensed Bartending Programs are 100% hands-on & designed to teach people mixology at all levels with the emphasis on products, spirits and drink building. Once you know how to build drinks, you'll then be able to make any drink on the planet!

We'll then teach you how to be efficient while performing all important aspects of the bartending job from dealing with customers to managing the bar from start to finish. After completing the NEBS program, you'll know how to handle yourself behind the bar in situations & when it gets busy, "In The Weeds".

The NEBS licensed bartender's program is designed to teach people mixology at all levels with the emphasis on products & spirits. The focus of the program is drink building. Once you know how to build drinks, you'll be able to make anything! You'll also be taught exactly how to perform all important aspects of the bartending job such as; customer service & managing the bar when it gets busy.

MIXING DRINKS: The first step in learning bartending is to learn how to use the bar tools to build drinks. Once you learn drink building you can make any drink! Most cocktail martini's are built the same way. For example; Chill the cocktail glass first, then build in the glass shaker the proper measured ingredients, stir (shake) then strain into the chilled martini glass. Then create the drink garnish presentation that will make it look great!

Once you get that down, you can make anything! Improvise many different natural ingredients to make all of today's the fancy drinks. Then you'll be called a Bar Chief. That's why the NEBS program emphasizes drink building.
